At LCM, we take pride in fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace, and that commitment was on full display at the latest ILCA Women’s Networking Event. Our Vice President of Operations, Justin Cooke, was honored to join a panel discussion, sharing his insights on elevating, engaging and recognizing female colleagues in the landscape industry.
