Our History
Founded in 1981, Landscape Concepts Management has grown from a small local landscaping business into one of the largest and most diversified commercial landscaping companies in the Midwest. With hundreds of employees and annual revenues in the tens of millions, we’ve maintained the personalized service and dedication of a small business through our site-dedicated staff.
From the beginning, our vision was to offer clients a full range of in-house landscaping services performed by our own team of specialists. By eliminating the need for subcontractors, we provide superior quality, faster response times and a proactive, accountable approach.
This journey began in 1985 with the establishment of our Tree Care and Fertilizing divisions, followed by Hardscaping, Water Features, Irrigation, Seasonal Color and Design & Planning services. To maximize efficiency, we implemented a matrix management system that supports our local branch structure, empowering dedicated Account Managers to deliver seamless, single-point-of-contact service.
By 2001, the success of this model and growing demand led to the expansion of branch offices across the Midwest. Today, we continue to provide exceptional landscaping solutions while staying true to our roots of innovation, quality and client-first service.
